From Asylum to Sanctuary: The Origins and Remains of the Northampton State Hospital Opening November 18th, 2000

The remnants of Northampton State Hospital are explored in photographs and related to the history of institutional psychiatry by David Parnell. Also featuring the etchings of the architectural ruins of Northampton State Hospital by New York based artist and printmaker, Christopher Clarke.
